In this edition, we shine a spotlight on the Class of 2025 Matric Dance! A night filled with glitz and glamour, featuring Owethu Bantwana and Ella Huang sharing their experiences in preparing for this special occasion.

We also take a moment to recognise our end of term 2 award recipients, with special recognition for Farah Ballim, who represented South Africa at the International Biology Olympiad, earning her the school’s highest accolade, the Honours Blazer.

Term 2 was bustling with local and international tours. Our Grade 10 learners explored Roselands, while Hannah Mahomed and Olwethu Lubanyana had the opportunity to attend the WLSA tour in Australia. Additionally, our Grade 11 learners provided insights into their work experience and the lessons they learned from the world of work.

We conclude our newsletter with the Alumni Corner, featuring Mrs Belinda Malinga, Class of 2011, and Advocate Andrea Govender, Class of 2012, as they share a glimpse of their journeys since matriculating from the high school.
